FYI: I just visited Charlie's music page on iTunes and found it it in complete disarray. Kitchens of Distinction (KOD) is listed however many newer artists have arisen and coined the band name "Charlie" as their own. The situation is confusing at best and an insult at its worst. The name "Charlie" is so generic that many music artists have taken up the name for themselves. I know the band has a lot on their plate right now with record deals, recording contracts, etc but, this situation may need their full attention in the very near future.
I know many of you analog types don't like iTunes for many reasons and many of those reasons are justified. However since downloading music has become all the rage and the way the recording industry is leaning these days, it makes no sense to have other people "steal", "misappropriate" your band name or identity.
Personally I think all "Charlie's" albums (CD's) should be available for all their fans to enjoy, including the 1973 45rpm single as well. As Lee Iococa once said, "in this business you either lead, follow or get out of the way". This is where the music industry finds itself today.
The music industry has changed dramatically these past few decades with technology having a ginormous influence to say the least. Therefor its incumbent for bands trying to make a name for themselves or in Charlie's case still maintaining their band name recognition to fight for their identity and to embrace new technology whenever possible. I don't mean to step on anyone's toes about this, I just want to see my favorite band fairly represented on iTunes that's all. Charlie is a damn good group and as such they should be seen in the best possible light as there is without other artists taking up their rightful claim to the name, "CHARLIE"!

Faithfully Submitted!
