Come on Charlie fans . . . I was hoping for more Charlie-chat than this.
I'm sure a lot of effort has been put into building this site and offering this Forum, so come on get posting (please). :-)

We have installed a simple spam blocker for the forum. When posting you will now see a field at the bottom of the post named:CAPTCHA. It will ask you a simple math question. This question is for testing whether you are a human visitor and to prevent automated spam submissions. This should clear up the spam issue we have been having but we will keep an eye on it just in case.
I totally agree that we should try and restrict spam.
I for one would have no objection to having to put in a security random word whenever I post if it will stop spam.
Is there anyway the moderators can remove known spammers and their post automatically?

Will adding the sums to actual postings (rather than just logins)help?
